By accessing or using the Mogul Maker Academy website, enrolling in any program, purchasing any service, or engaging with any content produced by Project Mogul Enterprise Inc. (PME), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Mogul Maker Academy is an educational platform operated by Project Mogul Enterprise Inc., a Georgia-based company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. PME provides financial education, entrepreneurship development, business coaching, and technology services through its various programs and platforms including PaigeAgent AI.
All content, programs, coaching sessions, dispute letter templates, credit analyses, funding intelligence reports, and materials provided by PME and Mogul Maker Academy are for educational and informational purposes only. PME is not a law firm, accounting firm, credit repair organization, licensed financial advisor, or registered investment advisor. Nothing provided by PME constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or credit repair services. Results discussed in testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials are not guaranteed and represent individual outcomes that may not be typical. Your results will vary based on your individual circumstances, effort, market conditions, credit profile, and other factors outside PME's control.
PME provides dispute letter templates and credit education resources as educational tools for client use only. PME does not send dispute letters, communications, or correspondence to credit bureaus, creditors, collectors, or any third party on behalf of clients. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, signing, and submitting any dispute letters or communications. PME makes no guarantee that any dispute letter will result in the removal of any item from any credit report.
PaigeAgent AI is an artificial intelligence powered software platform that provides credit analysis, funding intelligence, and educational coaching. PaigeAgent AI analyzes data provided by users and generates educational outputs based on that data. PaigeAgent AI is not a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or attorney. Outputs from PaigeAgent AI are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or credit advice. PME reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue PaigeAgent AI features at any time.
Community memberships through Mogul Maker Academy on Skool are subject to the terms of service of the Skool platform in addition to these terms. Membership fees are billed on the schedule indicated at time of purchase. Refund policies vary by program and are disclosed at the point of purchase. PME reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of community guidelines, abusive behavior, or misuse of platform resources.
Coaching and advisory services provided by PME, its coaches, and advisors are educational and strategic in nature. Coaches are not licensed attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors unless separately disclosed. Coaching engagements are governed by the individual service agreement signed at time of enrollment. PME is not responsible for business decisions made by clients based on coaching conversations or recommendations.
All content on the Mogul Maker Academy website and within PME programs including the Money Follows Management framework, the Capital Infrastructure methodology, the 3M Framework, course materials, templates, scripts, and proprietary frameworks are the intellectual property of Project Mogul Enterprise Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from PME content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Mogul Enterprise Inc., its officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PME services, programs, or platforms. PME's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
PME reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of PME services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
